You are managing 15+ documents across multiple states, hospitals, and insurance panels.

Every one of them has a different expiration date. A different renewal process. A different consequence for lapsing. And right now, you are tracking all of it in spreadsheets, email reminders, and memory.

"Right now, something in your credentialing file is expiring. Do you know what it is?"

$47,000
Average revenue lost per lapsed credential
One missed renewal can mean 30+ days without privileges. For a locum tenens physician, that is catastrophic.
23
Average credentials per physician
Licenses, DEA, boards, privileges, insurance panels, CME — each with its own renewal cycle and requirements.
0
Margin for error
Insurance panels can take 90-120 days to re-credential. One lapse creates a cascade. You cannot afford to miss a single date.

Know your number.
Improve it. Sleep at night.

Your Credential Health Score is a single number that tells you exactly where you stand. Green means you are covered. Anything else means you have work to do — and we will tell you exactly what.

They used to worry about credentials. Now they don't.

"I never think about my credentials anymore." — That is the goal.

"I was tracking credentials for 3 states and 2 hospitals in a Google Sheet. It was terrifying. CredentialDOMD caught a DEA renewal I would have missed by 6 days. That would have been $30K in lost locum income."

The Zero-Lapse Guarantee

If a credential lapses while you are a CredentialDOMD Pro subscriber and we failed to send you an alert, we refund 12 months of your subscription. No questions asked. We only succeed when you never miss a deadline.

Questions before you start

We are a credential tracking and reminder service. We do NOT: renew credentials on your behalf, submit applications to licensing boards, file paperwork with hospitals or insurance companies, guarantee compliance with any regulatory body, or replace your credentialing office. We help you stay organized and never miss a deadline — but completing renewals is always your responsibility. See our full Terms of Service for details.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase with row-level security — your data is isolated to your account. We never share, sell, or access your credential information. You can export or delete all of your data at any time. We are built on the same infrastructure used by HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications.
Yes. CredentialDOMD supports all 50 states plus DC, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Each state's specific licensing requirements, CME mandates, and renewal cycles are built into the system. If you practice across multiple states, we track each one independently.
Yes. The Practice tier ($29.99/month) supports up to 50 providers under a single dashboard. Your practice manager gets a team-wide compliance view, can manage individual provider credentials, and receives consolidated alerts. Each provider can also access their own credential profile independently.
CredentialDOMD complements CAQH, it does not replace it. We track the same credential data CAQH requires — so when it is time to update your CAQH profile, everything you need is already organized and current. Think of us as the source of truth that makes CAQH updates a five-minute task instead of a two-hour ordeal.
Take a photo of any credential document — medical license, DEA registration, board certificate, insurance card. Our Gemini-powered AI reads the document, extracts the credential type, issuing authority, license number, issue date, and expiration date, then populates your profile automatically. You review and confirm. It takes about 10 seconds per document.
Yes. CredentialDOMD is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Install it on your phone like a native app. Your credential data is cached locally, so you can access all of your information even without an internet connection — perfect for pulling up a license number in a hospital basement. Data syncs automatically when you are back online.
iPhone (Safari):
1. Open CredentialDOMD in Safari
2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen)
3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
4. Tap Add — the app icon appears on your home screen

Android (Chrome):
1. Open CredentialDOMD in Chrome
2. Tap the three-dot menu (top right)
3. Tap “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”
4. Tap Add — the app icon appears on your home screen

Once installed, it opens full-screen like a native app — no browser bars, no tabs. Your credentials are one tap away, and it works offline too.
If you only have 2-3 credentials that all renew at the same time, a calendar reminder might work for now. But if you have more than that, or you credential at multiple hospitals, or you manage insurance panels — the math changes quickly. One missed renewal costs more than years of a CredentialDOMD subscription. Lock in founding member pricing now and you're covered before a single deadline sneaks up on you.

Built by a Physician Who Lives This Problem

EW
Eric "Whit" Whitney, DO
Board-Certified Neurosurgeon
Founder

I'm a board-certified neurosurgeon managing a medical license, DEA registration, board certifications, hospital privileges, insurance panels, and CME requirements — each with different renewal dates, different processes, and different consequences for lapsing.

I once came close to letting my medical license lapse. Not because I wasn't organized — because the system for tracking credentials is broken. It's spreadsheets, email reminders, and memory. For a profession that demands precision in everything else, we're managing our professional lifeline with tools from 2005.

Physicians across the country have lost billing revenue, had privileges suspended, and spent months re-credentialing with insurance panels — all from a single missed renewal. CredentialDOMD exists so that doesn't happen to you. This isn't a tech company guessing what physicians need — it's a physician building what physicians deserve.

Board Certified Active Practice

This Is an AI Company.
Here's Why That's Better for You.

Most companies hide the AI. We lead with it. CredentialDOMD is the first openly AI-run company in physician credentialing — overseen by a neurosurgeon who credentials at multiple hospitals and lives this problem every day.

We Don't Hide What We Are

There's no committee behind this. No army of credentialing specialists in a call center. It's AI, guided by a physician who has felt the exact pressure you feel.

We chose radical transparency because physicians deserve to know exactly what's managing their professional lifeline — and why it works.

🤖

AI That Actually Fits This Problem

Credential management isn't creative work. It's precision tracking — exactly what AI excels at.

  • Your credentials don't sleep. Neither does our monitoring.
  • AI doesn't forget renewal dates, miss a document, or take vacation.
  • When you report a problem, it's fixed in minutes — not after three support ticket escalations.
  • Updates happen in real-time, based on real physician needs.
🧠

AI Guided by Someone Who Knows the Stakes

AI without domain expertise is a liability. AI guided by a physician who has sat in the credentialing office, lost billing days to a lapsed privilege, and managed renewals across multiple states — that's different.

  • Every automated decision has clinical understanding behind it.
  • We built alerts the way a neurosurgeon thinks: no margin for error.
  • We know what a lapsed credential actually costs because we've felt that pressure.
🔍

Honest About What AI Can't Do

AI has limitations. We know them. We build around them.

  • That's why our pricing reflects honest value — not venture-backed inflation.
  • That's why we back it with a Zero-Lapse Guarantee.
  • We'd rather be transparent and earn your trust than overpromise and lose it.

In medicine, you tell patients the truth. We hold ourselves to the same standard.

Physicians take care of humans.
We take care of physicians.

AI built with integrity, by someone who took the same oath you did. That's what this is.

Terms of Service

1. Service Description

CredentialDOMD is a credential tracking and reminder service for physicians and healthcare professionals. We help you monitor renewal dates, organize your credentials, and receive timely reminders so nothing expires unnoticed.

⚠️ Important Limitation

CredentialDOMD does not renew credentials on your behalf. We provide tracking, reminders, and organizational tools to support your renewal process. The responsibility for completing all credential renewals — including medical licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, hospital privileges, and any other professional credentials — remains solely with you, the credential holder.

2. No Guarantee of Compliance

While CredentialDOMD is designed to help you stay ahead of renewal deadlines, we do not guarantee that use of our service will prevent credential lapses, compliance failures, or any resulting consequences. Reminder delivery depends on accurate data entry and functional notification channels. You are responsible for verifying all renewal dates and completing all renewals independently.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate credential information including correct expiration dates
  • Update your records when credentials are renewed or modified
  • Complete all renewal processes directly with the issuing authority
  • Maintain current contact information for receiving reminders
  • Verify credential status independently and not rely solely on CredentialDOMD

4. Data Privacy

Your credential data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal or professional information to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide the tracking and reminder services you have subscribed to.

5. AI-Assisted Operations

CredentialDOMD uses artificial intelligence to assist with credential tracking, data organization, and communication. All AI operations are supervised by the founding team. We are transparent about our use of AI technology — it is a core part of how we deliver fast, accurate, and affordable service.

6. Limitation of Liability

CredentialDOMD shall not be liable for any missed renewals, credential lapses, lost income, legal penalties, or other damages arising from use of or reliance on our service. Our service is provided "as is" as a tracking and reminder tool. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Your data can be exported or deleted upon request.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
